All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing time may vary depending on item availability and whether your piece is ready to ship, personalized, or made to order.

Free Shipping on Every Order

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Once your order is on the way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment. In some cases, tracking may update less frequently while your package is in transit or after it has been handed off to a local carrier.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship together or separately depending on availability and processing time.

If items ship separately, you may receive more than one tracking number. If items ship together, the order may follow the item with the longer processing time.

Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

Personalized and made-to-order pieces require additional preparation time before shipping.

If expedited shipping becomes available, please note that it only shortens the transit time after your item has shipped. It does not shorten the time needed to prepare, personalize, or produce your item.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

LustrePetal is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipment.

Delays & Carrier Issues

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check:

• Around your home, mailbox, front desk, or parcel locker
• With neighbors or household members
• With your local carrier or postal office

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

LustrePetal is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
