At LustrePetal, every piece is thoughtfully selected and prepared with care. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, so we offer a 90-day return window for eligible items.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
• Returned with its original packaging
• Free from scratches, damage, perfume, lotion, tarnish, or any signs of wear
• Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email
• Approved by our customer care team before being sent back

Items Not Eligible for Return

Because some pieces are made specifically for you or involve hygiene considerations, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Engraved items
• Earrings
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, water exposure, chemicals, or normal wear and tear

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will always do our best to make it right.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending your return. LustrePetal is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Late, Used, or Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent after the 90-day return window, returned without approval, or returned in used, worn, damaged, or incomplete condition may be declined or refused.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible so your pieces can get to you without delay. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, we may not be able to cancel your order if it has already entered processing or production.

Because personalized and custom-made items are prepared specifically for each customer, they cannot be canceled once production has started.
