Because personalized and custom products are made specifically for you, these items are generally final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange unless the item is defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Once production has started, personalized or made-to-order items may not be canceled or modified.
